Health and Well-being

  • Medical and Dental Plan – CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. RTR pays 100% of Allowed Cost for doctor visits within the network. If the $1200/$2400 deductible is exceeded, employee is responsible for $30 co-pay. Coverage begins on the first day of the month after date of hire (after meeting all conditions and limitations)
  • Flexible Spending Account - up to $5,000 for health care and $5,000 for dependent care

Insurance

  • Life Insurance - 1x salary (to $100,000) and Accidental Death / Dismemberment
  • Additional Voluntary Short Term Disability (STD) Insurance at 60% of earnings

Retirement

  • 401(k) Plan – 3 % RTR contribution, employees are fully-vested (100%) after 6-month waiting period

Leave

  • PTO (Personal Time Off) combined personal/sick leave starting at 138 hours/year
