Health and Well-being
- Medical and Dental Plan – CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. RTR pays 100% of Allowed Cost for doctor visits within the network. If the $1200/$2400 deductible is exceeded, employee is responsible for $30 co-pay. Coverage begins on the first day of the month after date of hire (after meeting all conditions and limitations)

- Life Insurance - 1x salary (to $100,000) and Accidental Death / Dismemberment
