Q&A: Logistics session with Michael Beanland, RTR’s Navy Program Manager and Sr. Logistics Analyst
Tell us a little bit about yourself and how you, a former Army officer, came to become RTR’s Navy Program manager and a Sr. logistics analyst.
I was a logistician or trainer for most of my time in the Army and, as such, was always interested in applying OR (operations research) methods to gain an understanding of what my team had done or to improve our plans and forecasts.
